Licensing laws should be subject to removal if :
– Few other jurisdictions have seen the need to license the occupation (fewer than 1/3 or 40 %)
-Too few practitioners are licensed to financially justify the existence of the licensing board
-There is a history of little or no enforcement activity, suggesting that either the licensing board is not doing its job or there is no cause for action, and thus that the board is unnecessary.
His opinion from the past is the reality of the present, but still we see certain locksmith associations and a minority group of individual locksmiths pressing for even more failed licensing. Do they lack reasoning power, acumen, rational or the most basic common sense? Or are they intentionally trying to be destructive? If so why?
What is your opinion?
